GamsPK may request proof of age, identity or address at any point during your account's lifetime. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the time period specified in the request may result in the suspension or closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until the verification process is completed.
Each GamsPK player is permitted to hold one account only. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, the same phone number, the same device or the same household address — is prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, GamsPK reserves the right to merge them, close the duplicate and potentially void any bonuses or winnings accrued across duplicate accounts.
When registering with GamsPK, you must provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, a valid Pakistani phone number and any other details requested during the registration process. You must not impersonate any other person, use a false identity or provide deliberately misleading information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your GamsPK account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account details with any other person. GamsPK will never ask you for your password via any communication channel. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility unless you have reported unauthorised access to GamsPK support immediately upon becoming aware of it.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact GamsPK support immediately at support@gamspk.ws or via live chat so that your account can be secured without delay.
GamsPK operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Before processing certain withdrawals or at any point during your account's lifetime, GamsPK may request one or more of the following documents: a copy of your national identity card (CNIC), proof of the payment method used and/or proof of address. Providing false or altered documents is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and referral to relevant authorities.
GamsPK processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfers and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.
GamsPK offers various bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in the promotion's own description as well as the general bonus rules set out below.
GamsPK VIP Club cashback is calculated on a player's total betting volume during the preceding calendar week and credited every Monday. Cashback is credited as real PKR balance with no wagering requirement unless otherwise stated in the VIP Club terms. Cashback is calculated only on real-money bets, not on bonus-funded bets.
All games available on the GamsPK platform operate according to their individual game rules, which are published within each game's interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the specific rules of each game before placing bets.
The outcomes of all GamsPK games are determined by one of the following mechanisms: (a) a cryptographically provably fair algorithm, for crash games including Aviator; (b) live physical events handled by real dealers in a professional studio environment, for all Live Casino games; or (c) a certified random number generator (RNG) for applicable game formats. GamsPK does not manipulate game outcomes. All results are logged in real time and are accessible to the relevant player through their account history.
The GamsPK Aviator game uses a provably fair system in which each round's outcome is determined by a combination of a server seed, a client seed and a nonce, all generated before betting opens for that round. Players can verify any Aviator round result using the seeds provided after the round closes. This mechanism ensures that neither GamsPK nor any player can influence the crash point after betting has commenced.
In the event of a technical failure — including server errors, interrupted live casino streams or game client crashes — GamsPK will make every reasonable effort to restore service and protect player balances. Bets placed in rounds where a technical failure prevented completion will be refunded to the relevant player's wallet. GamsPK is not responsible for connection failures on the player's side, including internet outages, device failures or third-party network disruptions.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the GamsPK platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited activities will have their account closed and any balance may be forfeited, depending on the severity of the breach.

GamsPK will not contact self-excluded players with marketing or promotional material for the duration of their exclusion period. Any winnings accrued during an active self-exclusion period will be void.
All content on the GamsPK platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, game interfaces, logos, trademarks, text, software and data — is the exclusive property of GamsPK or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the GamsPK platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to: copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any GamsPK content without prior written permission from GamsPK.
Any unauthorised use of GamsPK's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.
GamsPK provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While GamsPK makes every effort to ensure continuous, uninterrupted service, the platform does not guarantee that access will be available at all times, that the service will be error-free or that game results will be free from technical anomalies caused by external factors beyond GamsPK's reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GamsPK shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue or data arising from use of the platform; (b) any indirect, incidental or consequential loss; or (c) any loss arising from events beyond GamsPK's reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications failures or third-party payment provider outages.
If you have a dispute with GamsPK regarding a game result, payment or account action, the process is as follows: (1) Contact GamsPK support immediately with full details of the dispute, including the game name, round ID or transaction reference and a clear description of your concern. (2) GamsPK will review the dispute against server-side logs and recorded data within 72 hours. (3) GamsPK's decision on factual matters — such as the outcome of a game round, as determined by server records — is final. (4) If you remain unsatisfied with the outcome, you may escalate by emailing support@gamspk.ws with the reference number of your original dispute.
You may request the closure of your GamsPK account at any time by contacting support at support@gamspk.ws or via live chat. Before the account is closed, any eligible balance remaining in your wallet will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method. Pending bonus amounts that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
GamsPK reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Where GamsPK closes an account due to confirmed fraud or prohibited activity, GamsPK reserves the right to retain the account balance pending investigation and, where appropriate, to forfeit it.
GamsPK collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement and is available at gamspk.ws/privacy-policy. By registering with GamsPK, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
GamsPK will not sell your personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes. Data is shared only where necessary to process payments, comply with legal obligations (including anti-money laundering requirements) or deliver the platform's core services. GamsPK may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be published on this page with the effective date displayed clearly. For changes that materially affect player rights — such as changes to withdrawal conditions, bonus wagering requirements or prohibited activity definitions — GamsPK will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via their registered contact information.
